For USA orders, all items are printed-to-order in the USA and dispatched with tracking via USPS/UPS.

Orders are typically dispatched in 3-5 working days, then delivery time is in addition to this. Occasionally things take longer at the printers or there are postal/courier delays - especially in the run up to holidays. These factors are outside of my control, so I'm unable to guarantee orders will arrive by a certain date.

Please ensure the delivery address is correct at time of ordering, as it may not be possible to change this once your order is being processed.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number, which means your order is on its way.

I work with a handful of printing companies who excel at printing different items - so if you order different products, these may be printed and sent from separate locations. In such instances, multiple tracking numbers will be provided - and please be aware that items could arrive on different days.

Returns/Refunds (USA)

All items are printed-to-order in the USA - Returns are NOT accepted, except for items that are faulty.

If there is a fault with your item(s), please send me photos of the problem and I'll be happy to make it right. Please contact me as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unless faulty, personalised and custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
